Trisha is a published author and speaker trained in the areas of complex and developmental trauma (NARM™), resilience, psychobiology, and somatics (Somatic Experiencing®). Through these pieces of training and her own personal learnings, her focus has been on resiliency, trauma, and the long-term effects on people's well-being. Trisha is a stress management coach with a passion for guiding women through self-care and somatic wellness practices.
